This disclosure is provided in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/201 (hereinafter referred to simply as “GDPR” or “Regulation”) for all those who interact with the web services of this site, which are accessible from the address www.beonmelab.com, hereinafter referred to simply as “User(s)”.

The disclosure is inspired by the rules of the Regulation adopted by the European Authorities in order to establish the minimum requirements for the collection of personal information online and, in particular, for the procedures, timing, and nature of information that data controllers must provide to Users when visiting web pages, regardless of the purpose of such visits.

VOLUNTARY NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION

Users are free to provide or not their own personal information as requested via the forms for site registration, for the online purchase of BeOnMe goods (hereinafter simply “Goods”) and/or for requests to send informational materials and other communications. Failure to provide such information may prohibit execution of the related request.

PURPOSES OF DATA HANDLING

Data handling shall concern the transactions or set of transactions (e.g. collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, communication, modification, selection, use, deletion, destruction) regarding the personal information provided when filling out the aforementioned registration forms and submitting online orders for the purchase of Goods.

In particular, this data handling is done in order to:
1. fulfill any legal and/or regulatory obligations (e.g. fiscal and financial reporting obligations);
2. manage and perform contracts regularly executed between BeOnMe and the User;
3. fulfill obligations arising from and connected to said contract, such as: the provision of Goods; payments; execution of shipping and post-sale services.

With regard to the purposes of points 1, 2 and 3 above, the provision of information is necessary in order to complete the online purchase of Goods, and the User’s refusal to provide it will make it impossible for BeOnMe to execute the request.

For proper execution of these activities, all the subjects whose right to access such data is granted by regulatory provisions, primarily the personnel of BeOnMe’s IT division and post-sale service unit, will have access to the information, with regard to their duties and / or contractual obligations relating to the execution of the request.

Only that data which is necessary in order to execute the activities assigned may be made available to BeOnMe providers of services connected and functional to the aforementioned purposes, including: companies that provide information-technology services, including hosting services; companies that provide commercial services to BeOnMe, such as banking and credit institutions, tax consultants, accountants, and freight forwarders.

These parties operate specifically as external data processors following specific appointments assigned by BeOnMe. A list of these third parties is available at the offices of the Data Controller. User data will not be disclosed to or shared with third parties for any other reason.

METHODS OF DATA HANDLING AND STORAGE

Personal information is mainly processed digitally.

Personal data shall be processed:
- with manual or automatic tools;
- by individuals or categories authorized to perform such tasks;
- by using proper measures to ensure confidentiality and avoid access by non-authorized third parties.

This data is kept strictly for the period of time necessary for execution of the activities specified under points 1, 2 and 3 above.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Parties to which the personal information refers, as defined by the aforementioned GDPR, have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence of such information, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy, and to request additions or corrections. These parties also have the right to request that the data be deleted (right to oblivion) or made anonymous, to demand the cessation of any illicit handling and, in any event, to oppose the processing of personal data for just cause.

In order to exercise these rights, it is necessary to contact BeOnMe, to the attention of the data controller and processor, in writing using the e-mail addresses specified above.

LOCATION OF DATA PROCESSING

The activity takes place on the territory of the European Union. There is no intention to transfer data outside the territory of the European Union or to international organizations.

TYPES OF DATA HANDLED

Data provided voluntarily by the user, as described fully above.

The optional, voluntary and explicit sending of electronic mail by Users to the addresses indicated above may result in the subsequent acquisition by BeOnMe of the sender’s e-mail address and of any other personal information included in the message that is needed in order to respond to requests and to send commercial information and any newsletters to the User.

The following data categories can be processed: surname, name, date and place of birth, residence; tax code and / or VAT number; phone number / e-mail address; address and civic number; terms of payment.

USE BY MINORS

The User declares to be an adult as defined by applicable law. Minors may only use this site with the help of a parent or guardian.
